Kabardino-Balkaria to resist outflow of Russian-speaking population

The authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria intend to prevent any outflow of
the Russian-speaking population from the republic, RIA-Novosti reports
the President of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov, as saying.

He added that the residents of the Maiskii district of the Republic,
which is inhabited predominantly by Russian-speakers, had not created
any problems in the last five years. "Although they have enough
problems themselves," Kanokov said .
