The Chechen President Ramzan Kadirov called on municipal authorities, religious leaders and the Chechen people in general to give any possible assistance in fighting terrorism, reports Uga.ru
"Young people need more attention: in mosques and sports gyms as well. A lot depends on the local authorities and their experience in coordinating with the activities of the imams. Only those who work see
real results," - he said.
The president added that more efforts should be made in the religious and moral education of young people.
