The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has revealed violations in
issuing film distribution licenses by the Ministry of Culture and 147
licenses have been called in.
A few months ago some Internet users and media pointed out that the
website of the ministry contained film names containing rude words.
After that, access to the website was closed.
The Prosecutor General's Office started investigating the issue and
revealed violations of licensing conditions. The Ministry of Culture
took measures to improve the licensing mechanism and determine the age
category for each film.
