The Azerbaijani parliament, the Milli Majlis, on Tuesday ratified a treaty on strategic partnership and mutual assistance between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
The Agreement on Strategic Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Turkish Republic was signed on August 16 in Istanbul between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
