The main reporter of the European Parliament for Armenia Tomash
Porebu, Polish deputy Rolan Kobia, the head of the EU office in
Azerbaijan and the Polish ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mikhail Labenda
have,received a protest note from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign
Affairs for illegal entrance into occupied Azerbaijani territory.
The EU institutions and the government of Poland were asked to take
measures to avoid such steps, aimed at complicating the situation in
the region.
The Polish deputy Tomash Porebu visited Nagorno-Karabakh on December
19, where he met the authorities of the breakaway republic and
discussed a settlement of the conflict, the situation in the region
and bilateral relations, Armenian media report.
