The president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has arrived in Istanbul to
take part in a meeting of heads and prime ministers of the states of
the Organization for Economic Cooperation (OEC), Trend reports.
He will meet Turkish president Abdulla Gul and the prime minister of
Turkey, Recep Tayyip
Erdoğan.
On the 23rd of December, the 11th summit of the OEC is taking place in
Istanbul. Before the summit, a meeting of the Ministerial Council of
the Organization for Economic Cooperation was held.
