Russian President Dmitry Medvedev hopes that the hexalateral
negotiations on Iran will be fruitful and the cooperation with Iran
will be fully restored, he said at the Indian Technological Institute,
RIA Novosti reports.
The president said that the two countries have partnership relations
and cooperate in various spheres, including establishment of major
energy facilities, such as the nuclear power plant in Bushehr.
Medvedev said that they cooperate in the defense and security spheres
as well.
He said that Iran “is carrying out a very harsh policy.” This concerns
security issues and the right to use nuclear energy.
