Kazakhstan’s shipping in the Caspian Sea lacks skilled laborers, parliamentary member Amangos Utegenov told Premier Karim Masimov in deputy question time, VK reports.
“Due to current tendencies in shipping developments, Kazakhstan suffers from a deficiency of skilled naval specialists – residents of Kazakhstan,” says Utegenov said.
“By 2015, we will need 3000 qualified specialists,” he told journalists.
