World united on Iran - Biden

The international community is united on Iran for the first time, US Vice-President Joe Biden declared, RIA Novosti reports.

"China will agree to sanctions," Biden said on AB. "This is the first time the entire world is unified."
The USA and a number of other Western countries suspect Iran’s nuclear program is aimed at developing nuclear arms and insist on new sanctions against Tehran. Iran says its program is peaceful and has rejected UN calls for it to cease enriching uranium.

Biden also said that Iranian authorities were “more isolated than they have ever been."

The vice president’s statement comes after China said it was open to considering specific potential sanctions against the Islamic Republic.
He also said that he believed Israel had no plans to attack Iran over its nuclear program.
