Adjustments of the US side to the START-3 document did not introduce
changes to the document in general, Russian Minister of Foreign
Affairs Sergey Lavrov told the Federal Council, RIA Novosti reports.
He added that the Republicans attempted to make changes, but that
would have forced negotiations to be reopened.
