Deputies of the Stavropol Territory have approved a law on silence and
peace for citizens. It is now forbidden to be noisy on the street
during the day, Yuga.ru reports.
The law allows drivers playing loud music and those who dance during
memorial days to be fined.
The law forbids use of sound-playing devices, fireworks, construction
and other work from 23.00 to 7.00. The fine was increased, with a
maximum sum of 2,000 rubles, deputy Sergey Gorlo said.
