The Republic of Ingushetia is creating all the necessary conditions for the return of the Russian-speaking population, the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, told a press conference at ITAR-Tass. Yevkurov stressed that the most important factor for the return of the Russian-speaking population is the creation of jobs.
He noted that many people who left Ingushetia, especially youngsters, do not want to go back, "because they have already settled in new places." Meanwhile, according to Yevkurov, at the present moment the republic needs a number of particular specialists, including physicians and teachers.
