Regions of the Caucasus have sufficient experience in dealing with inter-ethnic issues, the president of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov said today at a joint meeting of the State Council and the Commission on National Problems, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev, headed the meeting devoted to the problems of combating xenophobia in Russia.
