Khodorkovsky and Lebedev handed 14 years jail terms

The Moscow Khamovnichesky Court has sentenced the former owners of
Russia's once-largest oil company Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky and
Platon Lebedev, to 14 years imprisonment. They have been charged with
the theft of 218 million tons of oil worth 450 billion rubles and $
7.5 billion from subsidiaries of the company.

Khodorkovsky and Lebedev do not recognize themselves as guilty. At the
present moment they are serving an 8-year sentence.
