Kabardino-Balkaria premier proposes voluntary militias

The Prime Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria, Alexander Merkulov, has
proposed to the heads of local administration centers to ensure
security in the settlements by organizing voluntary militias, RIA
Novosti reports, quoting the press service of Kabardino-Balkaria.

The chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the
republic, Anas Pshihachev, seven hunters, who came from the Stavropol
region, two policemen, as well as a public figure, Aslan Tsipinov,
have been killed over the past two weeks in Kabardino-Balkaria.
