The preparations for the Olympics in Sochi are close to an end,
President Dmitry Medvedev said today at the first workshop on the
post-Olympic Heritage 2014, RIA Novosti reports.
According to Medvedev, up to 85% of the funds allocated for the
Olympic project are directed at creating a modern infrastructure in
the social, transport and energy spheres, solving environmental
problems and helping tourism develop.
"The most important thing for us, as we always say, is to look to the
post-Olympic future," Medvedev said.
