The head of Russia's Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has appointed the chief of an interdepartmental group in the North Caucasus Federal District responsible for investigating terrorism and terrorism-related crime.
His name has not been revealed for security reasons, Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said, reports RIA Novosti.
