Turkey resorts to silent diplomacy with Armenia

Turkish president Abdullah Gül has expressed his attitude to the decision of Armenia to stop ratification of the agreements between the two countries. 'A policy of silent diplomacy is needed for some time',

"The position of Turkey on the question of its relations with Armenia is well-known. Our strategy is to achieve stability in the Caucasus.
