Azerbaijan and Kuwait have signed agreements on economic and cultural cooperation, as well as to ease visa requirements for diplomats, Trend reports.
The documents were signed by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, and his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed Sabah al-Salem.
After the signing ceremony, the sides held a joint news conference, at which Sabah al-Salem said the next meeting of the Azerbaijan-Kuwait intergovernmental commission will be held in Baku in 2013. Bilateral and regional cooperation was also discussed during the meeting.
