The USA is not conducting backstage negotiations with Iran, US
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on a visit to the Middle East,
ITAR-TASS reports.
Clinton said in an interview with Al Arabia that the USA has been
ready for cooperation with Iran ever since President Obama came to
power. The secretary of state said that it is Iran who refuses to
cooperate.
Clinton visited the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar where she is
convincing the leaders to keep up economic pressure on Iran until it
abandons its nuclear program, PRIME-TASS reports.
