On Saturday a law was been introduced to the Russian parliament, according to which a person can be charged for disobeying an FSB officer's order or impeding the officer in performing their official duties, reports RIA Novosti.
Moreover, the FSB may be granted the power to give official warnings to people whose actions facilitate crime, and to launch investigations into them. The law is aimed to enforce the preventative work of the FSB.
Along with that, another law was introduced to the parliament by the FSB, providing for the creation of two seperate entities: a "national military aviation" department, assigned to the Ministry for Defense, and a "national special assignment aviation" department, to be run by the FSB, the Emergencies Ministry, the Ministry for Internal Affairs and the Federal Customs Service.
