The head of North Ossetia, Teimuraz Mamsurov, has criticized the
results of the first stage of the national program for inventarisation
of property and land of state unitary enterprises (SUEs), which took
place in 2010, calling them "disgusting."
According to him, the inventory revealed that most SUEs do not hold
the necessary documentation for the land, there is no cadastre and the
managers often have no information about the land allocated to
municipalities for further redistribution.
