CIS Economic Court to resolve disputes within Customs Union

A protocol on introducing adjustments to the agreement between the CIS
and EurAsEC on the functions of the CIS Economic Court will be signed
in Moscow on January 17. The CIS Economic Court will be resolving
issues between Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Today
reports.


The court will consider the acts of the Customs Union and their
meeting the international agreements, acts on the work of lack of work
of the structures of the Customs Union. The court will also resolve
disputes between members of the Customs Union.


The document on adjustments will be signed by the head of the CIS
Economic Court Fayzullo Abdulloyev and the Secretary General of
EurAsEC Tair Mansurov, the press-service of the CIS Executive
Committee reports.
