The Rustavi-2 and Imedi television companies have hired US company
Edison Research to conduct an exit poll in Georgia, Georgia Times
reports.
Edison Research works with the world’s leading companies, and carried
out exit polls at the last US election. Their representatives have
already presented plans of their work to Georgian non-governmental
organizations.
Edison Research spokesman Joe Lenski said that his company has been
carrying out exit polls in various countries since 1996.
Elections in Georgia start on May 30th, with the mayor of Tbilisi
being elected on the same day.
