A monthly army newspaper against drugs ‘Army against Drugs’ will
start publishing in the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD)
Narcologist doctors will tell servicemen about the harm from drugs,
RIA Novosti reports.
The paper will be published in June, with the main objective being
promotion of a healthy lifestyle and activation of preventive measures
against drugs within the services. The servicemen will watch films
about the harmful effects of drugs. Prosecutors from the Russian
Interior Ministry and the Federal Drug Control Service will speak
about the legal side of the issue. Court staff will tell about the
penalties for drug-related crimes.
The monthly paper is aimed at protecting servicemen from drugs, the
launch is planned to coincide with the International Day of Against
Drugs on June 26th.
