North Ossetia forms government

The president of North Ossetia, Taimuraz Mamsurov, has signed an order on the appointment of 11 ministers, seven of them reappointed. 
Ministers for Architecture and Construction, Education, Sport, Agriculture, Labor, Culture, Media and Foreign relations have held their posts. Among new figures in the government are Kazbek Fidarov - Minister for state property, Alan Dzhabrailov - minister for industry, transport and energy, Vyachslav Aronin - finance minister, and Vladimir Selivanov, who will take the post of minister for health. 
The governmental structure has also been slightly changed. A presidential decree has established a ministry for foreign relations and annuled the ministry for foreign economic relations and investment, the ministry for national relations and some others. Their functions have been delegated to other ministries and committees.
