The agency of special governmental communication and information will
be supervised by the Interior Ministry of Georgia, Georgia Online
reports.
The agency will now make reports to the Interior Ministry. It
previously reported to the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
The head of the agency will be appointed by the Interior Minister.
The agencies primary goal is to provide and develop the functioning of
special governmental communication about important events in the
country.
