The Turkish Ministry of Environmental and Forest Protection has
forbidden "noisy" events and discos after midnight, 1news.az reports,
citing Turkish media. Minister Veysel Eroglu said that tourists had
complained about noise at night.
At the same time he emphasized that violating the new law will result
in the closing down of the establishment. The minister said that he
receives a lot of letters with complaints about noise in Antalya,
Mangavata and Mula. It is mainly old people from Germany that want
peace at night and Russian young people that like "noisy nights", he
commented.
