Kyrgyzstan dismisses ambassadors to Russia, US, Turkey

The interim government of Kyrgyzstan has dismissed its ambassadors to Russia, Turkey, and the United States.

It has also relived of duties Marat Bakiev, the Kyrgyz envoy to Germany and Norway, and the brother of ousted president Kurmanbek Bakiev, reports radio "Mayak".
Provisional premier Rosa Otunbayeva has issued an order for the arrest of the president, who has refused to reign. An investigation of the activities of the president and his family will also be launched.


Bakiev fled the capital Bishkek after violent protests left some 80 people dead. He is now in the south of the country, where he enjoys the most support.
