Gül: Turkey prefers negotiations and not an embargo against Iran

The president of Turkey, Abdullah Gül, has claimed that Turkey is trying harder than the West to keep Iran at the negotiation table, ITAR-TASS reports. 

He thinks it is not yet clear whether Iran already has nuclear weapons, and best diplomatic efforts must be made to prevent the transformation of a nuclear power station project into nuclearweapons.
