Medvedev visits hospital and airport in Grozny

Dmitri Medvedev, the president of Russian Federation, has visited the republic's emergency hospital and Grozny's 'Severny' ('Northern') airport  in the framework of his visit to Chechnya, RIA Novosti reports. In the hospital he was shown the latest medical equipment. As for the airport, Medvedev had to deal with the construction of "Severny" airport when he was vice premier. His aircraft was the first presidental plane to land at the airport, Interfax reports.
