Azerbaijan calls on Armenia to continue dialogue and accept Madrid principles

Fighting in the zone of the Karabakh conflict shows that Azerbaijan will never accept the occupation of its territory, the only way to resolve the conflict is to start negaotiations based on the revised Madrid principles, Trend reports the words of Elhan Poluhov, the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan who commented on the statement of Edward Nalbandyan who had earlier said: "Baku is doing everything to ruine the negotiating process".
