Latvia toughens visa rules for Dagestani people

Latvian law-enforcement agencies will carefully examine citizens born in Dagestan or Ingushetia before granting visas, the Latvian government decidede today, Gazeta.ru reports citing Delfi.The two Russian republics are included on the "unfair list" alongside countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Tunisia, Syria, Kuwait, and the Palestinian autonomy.
