The head of Armenia's Security Council goes to Moscow

The head of the National Security Council of Armenia, Arthur Baghdasaryan, will leave on Wednesday for Moscow at the invitation of Russia’s Security Council chief, Nikolay Patrushev, "Novosti-Armenia" reports quoting the press-secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia.

The statement said Baghdasaryan and Patrushev will discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation in the sphere of security. They also plan to sign an agreement on cooperation between the Russian and Armenian security councils. 

During the visit, Baghdasaryan will also meet with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov, the CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha, director of the Federal Service for Drug Control Viktor Ivanov, Chairman of the Business Council of Interstate Commission on military and economic cooperation of the CSTO Alexander Nozdracheva. 

In addition, the leadership of the Russian-Belarusian team "Defense Systems" is scheduled.
