Offices of higher education centers in the North Caucasian Federal
District (NCFD) will be inspected in 2011, the authorized presidential
envoy to the district, Alexander Khloponin, said in an interview with
Izvestia.
Khloponin noted the importance of checking the offices of educational
centers of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Ural cities in the district.
