An explosion happened in the Swiss city of Davos, where the World
Economic Forum is being held, Associated Press reports.
Police spokesman Thomas Hobi said that the blast happened at
approximately 9am local time in pantry of the Posthotel Morosani.
No one was injured. The Swiss "20 minutes" paper said that members of
the Swiss government were in the hotel, including President Micheline
Calmy-Rey and VIP, the head of the UBS Oswald Grubel. It is unknown
whether they were in the building during the blast.
The paper states that anti-globalists may be responsible for the
explosion. They earlier threatened to explode something.
