Reports on Domodedovo bomber false - police source

Reports that a resident of Russia's southern Stavropol region was
responsible for the deadly January 24 blast at a Moscow airport are
false, RIA Novosti said on Friday, citing a police source.

"Video footage from one of the cameras at Domodedovo's arrivals
hall... shows clearly that it was another person," the source said.

Russia's Kommersant newspaper quoted on Thursday a police source as
saying a Stavropol region resident, identified only as Razdobudko, was
suspected of being involved in the attack, which killed 35 people and
seriously injured over a hundred.

The source said Razdobudko could have been one of the organizers or
even the perpetrator of the blast. He was reported to be a member of
the Nogai Jamaat terrorist group, which was broken up in October,
2010.
