Gas leak caused explosion at Masalli telecommunications building

According to preliminary data, the reason for the explosion in the
building of Masalli telecommunications was a gas leak, Trend reports,
referring to the production association Aztelekom.

According to the deputy attorney of the Masally district, Vagif
Bayramov, rescue work is continuing. A woman is currently under the
rubble. According to Bayramov, those already rescued from the rubble
received minor injuries and one person died.

According to the deputy prosecutor, one of the walls of the building
fell down. It is assumed that this was the cause of the accident.
