Head of Rostov region urges avoiding discrimination against Russian population in Caucasus

The government should pay attention to the socio-economic development
of Russian settlements in the North Caucasian republics, RIA Novosti
reports the governor of Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, as saying.

He added that the state needs to conduct a special policy aimed at
providing the Russian population in the Caucasus with business
prospects. Golubev said that the government should also pay attention
to the problem of migration of the Russian population from the North
Caucasian republics to Southern Russia.
