Azerbaijan commemorates on Monday the day of the foundation of the
first TV station in the country, ANS reports.
The first TV channel was launched in Baku on February 14, 1956. AzTV
is the successor of the very first channel.
There are several private TV channels, public television and over 10
regional channels.
