Elections to the youth parliament of the City Council are being held in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan. 100 people are running for 30 seats. 20 people are elected according to the party principle. Another 10 people are elected competitively, RIA Dagestan reports.
All competitors will pass a test consisted of 40 questions. The deputies will be elected by the special committee for 2 years. The aim of the competition is involving the youth in the social and political life of society.
