The Dagestani city of Kizlyar was hit by two blasts overnight. There
is no information on victims yet, RIA Novosti reports, citing a local
police source.
The first blast happened at the "Ideal" shop at 02.00 (Moscow time).
The second one happened in the same area when the police arrived.
