On April 28, police detained the alleged ringleader of a gang and his accomplices in the Ingush town of Karabulakh. The detained men are suspected of committing the terrorist attack in front of the Karabulakh Internal Affairs Department on April 5. Two policemen were killed and 15 injured as a result of the attack.
