Evacuation of Russian and other citizens from Libya has been concluded. A fourth plane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has left the unrest-stricken country and headed to Moscow, a ministry official told RIA Novosti.
The official said that the last Yak-42 aircraft left Tripoli international airport at 17.20 (Moscow time). There were 16 operative members of the ministry on board.
