The City Duma of Krasnodar has adopted an investment strategy until 2030, Yuga.ru reports.
The strategy is peculiar for the infill construction in Krasnodar. The city plans to extend its boundaries, develop industry and business tourism, reconstruct the central part of the city, establish four sub-centers and modernize infrastructure.
The current investment strategy was in force in 2007-2010. The global recession and the need for investment required adjustments to the program, Vladislav Sery, director of the department for economic development, investments and foreign links of the city administration, said.
