In Kabardino-Balkaria after a series of terrorist attacks on tourists an anti-terrorist movement has been founded. The movement unites common people who are tired of crime in the famous tourist centre in the Caucasus.
Black Hawks are common residents of the republic. People are angry because of uncontrolled crime, they are ready to kill criminals. Kabardinians are peaceful people and they don’t want to fight, but they will do it if it is the only way out, a resident said.
