The investigation into the terrorist attack at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport has charged three suspects for the blast, RIA Novosti cites a police source in Ingushetia as saying.
The blast at Domodedovo airport killed 37 people.
The source says that the detained suspects are a brother and a sister of the suspected suicide-bomber, Magomed Yevloyev and Umar Aushev. The suspects were charged according to article 205 (terrorism), 209 (banditism), 223 (illegal weapon production) and 222 (illegal trafficking of arms, ammo and explosives) of the Russian Criminal Code.
Umar Khayauri, Aushev’s lawyer, told RIA Novosti that the accusations have no grounds. The investigation presented no evidence, he said.
