Police find three quarters of cash stolen from Vladikavkaz bank

The police have found 149 million out of 199 million rubles stolen from a subsidiary of the Bank of Moscow in Vladikavkaz, RIA Novosti cites Alla Akhpolova, head of the press-service of the North Ossetian Interior Ministry as saying.


The bank was robbed on February 28. Pistols and ammo have been confiscated within the search operations.


Three bank employees were detained for questioning. The bank alarm was off during the robbery because the bank security was inside, despite the end of the workday. The bank staff stayed to fix mistakes in the documents.
