Two explosions occured today in the courtyard of an apartment block on Milashenkova Street in the north of Moscow. This was first reported in her Twitter blog by the editor-in-chief of Russia Today, Margarita Simonyan. She noted that the courtyard is covered with nails, and all the windows on the first five floors of the building have been damaged, the portal YuGA.ru reports.
According to Life News, a powerful explosive device was allegedly located under a car parked outside house number 12. This house was built in 2002 at the request of the Russian Federal Security Service.
Meanwhile, according to ITAR-TASS news agency, a law enforcement source said that the explosives were placed in a waste container.
