Two explosions occured today in the courtyard of an apartment block on Milashenkova Street in the north of Moscow. According to Life News, a powerful explosive device was allegedly located under a car parked outside house number 12. This house was built in 2002 at the request of the Russian Federal Security Service.
Meanwhile, according to ITAR-TASS news agency, a law enforcement source said that the explosives were placed in a waste container.
