Yefim Pivovar reelected as rector of RSUH

Today the Russian State University of Humanities re-elected its current head Yefim Pivovar, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, doctor of Historical Sciences, professor, as rector of the University.

There were altogether there candidates for the post of the rector of the RSUH.
 
In 2009 the RSUH successfully passed the procedure of state accreditation and the well established and well known at home and abroad as the former Moscow State Historical-Archival Institute celebrated its 80 anniversary in 2010.

Yefim Pivovar is also the chair of the department of the near abroad countries at the history faculty at Lomonossov Moscow State University. He is active in the development of friendly ties with the countries of the former Soviet Union.

At the same time Pivovar is the Chairman of the Friendship Society between Russia and Azerbaijan and a coordinator of the Ukrainian initiative program.
